The photographic art exhibition ”Bucovina - a Romanian Winter Fairytale” signed by Sorin Onișor and four photographers from the Danish School of Photography Fatamorgana (Copenhagen, 22 March - 7 April 2019)

Continuing the series of cultural events organised in the context of Romania's presidency of the Council of the European Union, on the 22 of March 2019, the Embassy of Romania in the Kingdom of Denmark inaugurated the photographic exhibition "Bucovina – a Romanian Winter Fairytale" signed by Sorin Onişor and four graduates of the Photographic Art School Fatamorgana.

Following a week spent together in Romania, Sorin Onișor and his Danish guests are offering us, through diffrent approaches to photography, a glimpse of the beautiful rural settlements in Bucovina, capturing diffrent aspects of the life in the Romanian villages.

One of the most acclaimed Romanian photographers and author of many personal exhibitions, Sorin Onișor was many times named the Romanian village photographer. For the past 15 years he has been a dedicated advocate of the Romanian countryside showing the authenticity and the beauty of the Romanian villages throughout world.

The exhibition can be visited at the Romanian Ambassador's Residence (Engskiftevej 1, 2100 Copenhagen) during weekends from 10.00-13.00 until 7 April 2019.
